For National Qualifying points will be taken from the best 3 scores from 4 rounds.
For club points all 4 meetings will count
Men’s points will be taken from heats and finals. Ladies and Juniors will be taken from finals only for club points

Track Erection
All dates are COMPULSORY, and start at 9.00am at the venue unless stated otherwise. Members must inform Chair if unable to attend.
